By downloading, installing, or using the PlayPing application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use and uninstall the application immediately.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use PlayPing for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the application in any form.
- Use the application for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
- Use PlayPing trademarks, logos, or intellectual property without authorization.
3. Paid Services and Premium Plans
PlayPing offers Premium plans with enhanced or additional features. When purchasing or subscribing to a Premium plan, you agree that:
- Payments are processed through Google Play Billing or other official methods supported by Google Play.
- Pricing, billing cycles, and Premium benefits are clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.
- Cancellation, refunds, or changes (if applicable) are subject to the Google Play Refund Policy. Please refer to Google Play Help.
- Fees may change, but any changes will be publicly announced in the app or on Google Play before taking effect for the next billing period.
- You are responsible for all charges associated with your Google Play account, including cases of lost devices or unauthorized access, unless otherwise required by law.
4. User Rights and Responsibilities
When using PlayPing (including Premium services), you agree to:
- Use the application only for its intended purposes and functionalities.
- Not interfere with or attempt to interfere with the application’s source code, infrastructure, or systems.
- Not use the application for illegal activities, harm third parties, or violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Take full responsibility for all activities related to installing, purchasing Premium plans, and using the application on your device.
5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
PlayPing is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, including performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including Premium services.
- Users are responsible for their devices, network connections, and all costs associated with using the application and Premium plans.
6. Changes to Services and Pricing
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service (including Premium plans) at any time to comply with legal requirements, technical improvements, or business needs. Any changes to Premium pricing will be announced in advance via the app or Google Play.
7. Amendments to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated to reflect changes in features, payment models, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page with an effective date. Continued use of the application or Premium plans constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, unless mandatory local laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
